Soooo I went to the Hotel's Terrace a Wednesday night with my family. We got greeted by the manager, he asked how he could help me and as soon as I said that me and my family would love to dine at the hotel's terrace he denied my request, and he hypocritically lied in front of my face saying that the terrance was under some maintenance that unfortunately I was not going to be able. He recommended instead dinning inside of the hotel as my one and only option. Long story short, after a couple of minutes of eating and drinking we got offered that NOW WE COULD GO UPSTAIRS TO THE TERRACE!!!!! Lol and guess what happened, I said yes and THE TERRACE WASNT UNDER ANY MAINTENANCE and there was people eating and enjoying themselves. IT IS SUCH A SHAME TO HAVE PEOPLE LIKE THIS MANAGER JUDGING YOU OR YOUR FAMILY AND DECIDE FOR YOU WHETHER YOU HAVE THE MONEY OR NOT TO PAY DRINKS OR FOOD AT A RESTAURANT INSIDE OF A HOTEL. He should feel ashamed for treating people that way, judging by the way the look. Lastly the food is not even that great, I would Totally recommend you LEY SECA restaurant, they will treat you better there.

Un hotel antiguo donde te hace recorrer por el tiempo mirando desde sus balcones la belleza de esta ciudad durante la noche , un excelente equipo de trabajo los que hacen posible que la estancia en el lugar sea grata apesar de las dificultades del momento, no podemos dejar de mencionar la atención del chef Roque el cual se desvivía por explicar cada parte del plato y de la ciudad

Vynikajúci hotel a veľmi dobre umiestnený. Slúžky sú veľmi ochotné poskytnúť najlepšiu pozornosť, vďaka čomu sa cítime ako doma. V raňajkovej reštaurácii by si váš personál mal dávať väčší pozor, príliš nepozorný. Normálne raňajky. Ak hľadáte čerstvé ovocné šťavy, veľmi vzácne, ale inak prijateľné pre realitu krajiny. Služba recepcie bola veľmi dobrá, priateľská. Mali by sfunkčniť 2 výťahy. Fungoval iba jeden. Výhľad je nádherný zo 7. poschodia az izieb.

Priamo v centre starej Havany. Raňajky na streche s neuveriteľným výhľadom! Pôvodná izba so všetkým moderným komfortom, v noci trochu hlučná, normálna, sme priamo v centre...atmosféra z predsiene do izby je originálna a hneď sa tam cítite naozaj dobre! Odporúčam!
