The name heritage fits well with the overall state of the rooms. 40 year old rooms with broken appliances, dirty bathroom, bugs, flickering lights and a balcony that has less privacy than the restaurant below. The service was dreadful. Isaac and Rosa treated us when we communicated this issues like they were our problem. Best to stay away.
