Staff is useless except ayoze the pool keeper. Reception does not care about you or your problems, they refer you to snother department and has nothing to come with themself (like for example trying to find something that went missing). It was gone for 3 days, reception didn’t want to help at ALL. Receptionist did not give a shit abput the problem, had to contact all the workers and nobody wanted to help.
Except the pool keeper azoye, he’s the real deal

Bola tam dobrá klimatizácia a dostatok miesta pre päťčlennú rodinu.
Strava v all inclusive balíčku bola veľmi chutná a jedálny lístok denne obmieňaný. Priateľský a ochotný personál.
Jediným mínusom je nedostatok telocvične a cvičebných aktivít v areáli hotela. Padel, tenis, golf a posilňovne sú však vzdialené menej ako 500 metrov.
