Výnimočné, ďakujeme!

Išli sme na pár dní na dovolenku. Hotel je luxus a reštaurácie vo vnútri sú úžasné. All inclusive stojí za to. Veľmi zdravé jedlo a veľa šalátov a ovocia. Nádherný výhľad a super tiché miesto. Bazény sú veľké a veľmi pohodlné na vstup a výstup. 100% odporúčané

Krásny hotel, tichý

Rezervovali sme si denný lístok na dnes, v nedeľu 25. mája. Vynikajúca poloha, dobré vybavenie, veľmi dobré jedlo (upozorňujeme, že bufet je otvorený celý deň a ponúka občerstvenie, zmrzlinu, dezerty atď.) a ideálna teplota bazéna. Chceli by sme osobitne vyzdvihnúť zaobchádzanie, ktoré sme dostali od oboch recepčných, ktoré boli vždy veľmi priateľské a nápomocné. Chcel by som tiež vyzdvihnúť pozornosť, ktorej sa venoval personál bufetu, najmä Carolina, ktorá bola počas celého obeda pozorná, aby sa uistila, že všetko je podľa našich predstáv. 100% odporúčame, určite to zopakujeme a dokonca zvažujeme, že zostaneme niekoľko dní, aby sme si to užili dlhšie. Ďakujem veľmi pekne.

Hotel potrebuje veľa modernizácie všestrannej výzdoby, jedla, nápojov a zábavy. Personál bol veľmi priateľský, hotel bol čistý. Žiadna ľadová káva v roku 2025 nie je bláznivá. Zábava nebola najlepšia. Jedlo bolo rovnaké ako všetky ostatné all inclusive. Minulý rok sme zostali v all inclusive pre dospelých tui blue caravel a boli sme prekvapení, že sme tento rok vyskúšali iné miesto a boli sme veľmi sklamaní. Veľmi predražené. .

Bol som tu s priateľom týždeň na dievčenskej dovolenke. Bolo to naozaj krásne. Jedlo je veľmi chutné a rozmanité, personál je super priateľský a pozorný. Naša izba bola veľká a krásna a výhľad na more bol jednoducho neopísateľný. Obzvlášť sa nám páčilo, že to bol hotel len pre dospelých a že ste mali naozaj pokoj a ticho. Vôbec nič sme si nevšimli z blízkeho aquaparku či funparku. Nákupná ulica bola zásobená všetkým, čo si vaše srdce môže priať. Takže by sme sa určite vrátili!

Just had 10 nights here and what can I say? Absolutely amazing. The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. Coffee and tea making facilities. Plenty of bed pillows. We had a Seaview with balcony on 8th floor. Balcony had 2 sunbeds and table with 2 chairs. Hair dryer and bath with shower over. Rhe room couldn't of been any better. The only gripe is the lack of sockets. The hotel is beautiful. Very very clean. Lots of lifts and plenty of seating thru out. There's a shop selling most things. A hair dressers and clothing shop. 2 designated outdoor smoking areas. The pool is very clean. There's always staff working maintaining the superb cleanliness of this hotel. There's a spa offering various services and u can even have an outdoor swedish masssge. There's a piano bar and a sports bar which not only has live sport showing but also has pool tables and dart boards. The culinarium restaurant food is beautiful. You have a free meal there during ur stay which we took advantage of and were very pleased we did. The breakfast and evening meals served in the main dining room is lovely. We were not disappointed once. The choice a d quality of the food was brilliant. Lunches served one the main floor offered cooked hot choices salads and burgers and hotdogs. A huge praise to Daniel who worked in the restaurant. He always smiled and takes great pride in his work and the care of his visitors. All the staff from the cleaners right thru to the tui reps and bar staff deserve all the praise as they always would go out of their way to help you with anything. This was an absolutely fantastic holiday and will definitely be returning.

Ante todo buenos días, el lugar muy bien pero si tengo que añadir que parece vergonzoso y una falta de respeto que en horario de disfrutar de nuestra estancia que se paga y bien que se paga lo utilicen para grabar unos anuncios pudiendo haber utilizado el horario de 13:00 a 15:00 que los clientes están en horario de almuerzo. Todos los clientes están muy enfadados por es, es una gran falta de respeto y lo seguiré poniendo en todos los lugares porque eso enfado no solo a mi si no a todos los clientes y encima lo comunicamos y pasaron de nuestras inquietudes

Sábado 10 de mayo de 2025, me parece una falta de respeto que yo haya pagado mi estancia de Day pass, bastante cara que me costó , par que deshabiliten una parte de la piscina porque durante 4 horas están haciendo un spot publicitario, y la otra parte de la piscina con clases de agua Gim imposible de bañarse ahí tampoco, ósea hemos pagado un dinero y no nos han cubrido todo lo que ofrecían me parece vergonzoso todos los clientes quejándose porque no pasar podíamos porque ellos estaban grabando sus tonterías y no ponen ni soluciones ni disculpas ni nada patetico no lo recomiendo por esta razón yo vengo a disfrutar de la piscina no a asarme de calor sin poderme meter a una cosa que he pagado fatal decepcionante

Me parece una total falta de respeto que inabiliten la mitad de la piscina y hamacas correspondientes a esa zona durante 4 horas un sábado, por una filmación de un spot o etc, mientras en la otra mitad de la piscina es horario de aquagym y no se puede disfrutar del dinero que he pagado. Falta de respeto total

Me parece muy bien hotel,buen servicio y trabajores excelente.Ahora vamos a la otra cara de la moneda,por qué tenemos los clientes q esperar por una filmacion q no deja disfrutar de una parte piscina,no entiendo y lo veo como una falta de respeto.Por favor tenemos q tener respeto por los clientes.

Momentálne sme v hoteli. Poloha je pekná, izby sú pekné a výhľad je pekný. Je to all inclusive hotel a jedlo je celkom dobré. Je tu však mimoriadne veľký problém a ide o zásobovanie pitnou vodou. Pred tromi mesiacmi odstránili všetky balené vody, ktoré majú stále na pitnom lístku, a teraz nainštalovali automaty na vodu, ktoré majú filtrovať vodu z tabuľkovej vody. Ale voda chutí naozaj zle, stará, slizká a jemne slaná. Z jeho pitia sa nám robí zle a dokonca aj personál má pre seba vodu v plaste. Takže ak chcete čerstvú pitnú vodu, nie je možné ju dostať. Ste nútení piť sódu (vyrobenú z recyklovanej vody), pivo alebo alkohol. Hovorili sme s niekoľkými hosťami a majú rovnaký názor na vodu, niektorí sa dokonca snažia nájsť najlepší stroj na menej nevkusu. Hovorili sme o tomto probléme s cestovným sprievodcom, ale z ich strany v skutočnosti neexistuje žiadne iné riešenie, okrem toho, že si môžeme vždy kúpiť vodu v obchode. A áno, môžeme a máme, je to len 1,5 eura za 5 litrov. Hoci ako all inclusive 4-štartová hotelová pitná voda, ktorá chutí dobre, by mala byť štandardom, pretože je v horúčavách životne dôležitá.

This hotel is something extra, absolutely! We don't ever return anywhere, we like to explore new places, but this is an exception. Just got home from our fifth time here and we're as happy as always. When just wanting to know what to expect, not needing adventure and knowing that everything is great - then we go here. Big (BIG) plus is that it's adults ony! Not so many younger people but that makes it less noisy and a really calm resort and that's what vacation is to us. First of all we want to make a shout out to the staff! You're all amazing! Every single one that we meet here is ever so nice. We want this time to really make a special thank you to Calogera at the bar - sooo sweet and lovely and doing an amazing job! - and to head of reception who really made an effort to make our room so special upon arrival when I wanted to celebrate with my husband and spoil him rotten :-) We couldn't be more happy! Nothing seems impossible here. We also love the food. There is something for everyone. Great breakfast with minute made omelettes and pancakes and lots of other options. Who wouldn't love that!?!? Lunch outside is nice and dinner with different themes will absolutely make your stomach sing :-) As we think it's worth to upgrade to the dark blue premium wrist band (at least now a days when there has been some changes from our first visits), we can order great wine in bottles for lunch and dinner and it is really special to be able to bring a bottle of cava to the room in the evening, sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves. There is a cost to upgrade, but you get a lot extra. On most all inclusive we have felt like second grade citizens kind of, never getting top brands in drinks, just have a few choises in food and not getting the best in any way. This place is the opposite. You get everything (EVERYTHING) top notch and there is always a waiter offering you another drink with a smile. Rooms are really big and modern (we were in a deluxe junior suite on the 9th floor) and they all have this spectacular sea view. We love to have a room towards the sea and they have fixed it every time upon request. We also love the fact that you are not allowed to reserve sun beds and leave before 10 o'clock am or your things will be removed. That means you don't have to wake up super early to try to be first. There is plenty for everyone. The first times I went here it was with my husband, but last year I brought my youngest daughter (young adult) and she was as amazed as we always are so not just for older people! If you want night club vibes maybe choose another hotel, but if you want amazing view, lovely staff, really good food and drinks, fun entertainment and a realxing holiday, this is the place for you. We'll be back. Again! Thank you all!

Všetko v poriadku a mali sme krásny týždeň dovolenky. Jediná vec, ktorú sme zistili, bolo, že stoly / sedenie a lehátka boli príliš blízko pri sebe. Všetko sa mi zdalo príliš tesné/útulné – pre pohodlie. Všetko ostatné bolo krásne vrátane jedla👍

All-inclusive v celej svojej kráse. Pohodlné, dobre navrhnuté izby, dobré a pestré jedlo a nápoje, dobrý poriadok pri bazéne, pekný večerný program a príjemný bonus s bezplatným autobusom do susednej dediny Puerto de Mogán. Plus, samozrejme, nadštandardná služba. Ďakujem!
