I often come to Gran Canaria. But this was the first time when the apartments were terrible! Firstly, upon arrival, you have to go to the ocean to pick up the keys, there is just a square box hanging there. And then go in a completely different direction, about 25 minutes to check in. And they will tell you this information only when they take the money for rent and a deposit! Secondly, there were 3 of us registered and we were given only one key. So that you understand, one key opened the main door to get into the territory, and the second key for the apartment! But there are 3 of us, and we constantly had to negotiate and interfere with each other's plans, just to give the keys! We wrote to give us more keys because there were 3 people registered. In the end, we were simply completely ignored for 15 days of checking! about the house. when we arrived the house stank a lot! the floors were washed only in visible places. because under the shelves, behind the sofa and so on it was very dirty and everything was covered in cobwebs! Upon arrival, the refrigerator was turned off and the entire refrigerator was in water. There was a lot of dust on the shelves, in the cabinets, and so on. plus there was trash on the cabinets. The iron was dirty, by the way, I didn't notice and ruined my shirt! The hair dryer smelled really bad. By the way, no one tells you right away that you have to take the keys back to where you got them from when you leave. And that's a 30-minute walk! Where's the logic? Many people hang their keys in a box with a code at the entrance! Convenient and comfortable! By the way, Wi-Fi is on the list, but there is no router in the house, and there is no Wi-Fi on the territory either!

Veľmi opotrebovaný hotel, zistili sme, že keď sme sa osprchovali, z kanalizácie vytekali fekálie a voda po podlahe, trvalo 2 dni, kým to zvládli. Nudné raňajky každý deň to isté.
