The hotel is a bit tired, needs a renovation in some areas. I've been in many hotels in the Canary islands and I can say the staff were possibly the best I've experienced, super friendly and helpful. The location is good, plenty restaurants and bars nearby,it's about 10 minute walk from the main night life. When reading reviews before we went I was concerned about the food,the breakfast had good choice of fresh produce but I didn't like the sausages and bacon which is pretty normal everywhere in Spain. Dinning in the evening was best ,loads of fresh fish and meat that I couldn't fault. You can pay a lot more in other hotels for a lot worse. I will use this hotel again .

Je déconseille ! Ne vaut pas un hôtel 4 étoiles Contrôle hygiène lors de notre séjour = bar extérieur et restaurant du soir fermé , ainsi que certaines animations FRAM annulé Salle de bain et douche de très mauvaise qualité Idem pour la literie qui n’est pas du tout confortable.

Mid November myself/family spent a week at this hotel. We done the all inclusive package. I really wish I did not have to give any negative review. Negative : All inclusive doe's not include bottled water so cost €1. Crisps also not included so €1.50 for small tub of pringles. Ice cream is also not included ( I don't know the charge for this as never purchased any ) Some drinks are not excluded in all inclusive package (home brands you expect to pay for I know) that's ok. But you had to pay for Pina Colada (their version) which I have never been to a hotel that you had to pay for it when your all in so I presume any cocktail their brand is not included either. I do not recommend you go with children to this hotel because all of the charges of things all children like and the entertainment was not very good. No kids club, a kids pool which looked like it really needed a good clean. Food choice really bad and not much change in a week. Snack bar was always burgers/hotdogs. Can get salad bowls, fruit cocktails, cake, cuissants, (sandwiches at times) from a fridge Positive : Very clean hotel, rooms clean & maid service daily with clean towels. The maids are very friendly and work hard. Hotel is in a great part of Corralego, just off main strip with plenty of shops/restaurants/bars. I recommend a stunningly, most beautiful beach by the sand dunes which is just a short bus ride away (about 3 stops) bus low cost.

Môj pobyt v tomto hoteli na Fuerteventure bol úplne fantastický! Jeho poloha je perfektná - blízko všetkého v Corralejo, vďaka čomu je objavovanie tejto oblasti neuveriteľne pohodlné. Jedlo bolo chutné, s množstvom rozmanitosti, aby vyhovovalo všetkým chutiam, a zariadenia boli vynikajúce a poskytovali všetko potrebné pre relaxačnú dovolenku. Čo však naozaj vyniklo, bola ústretovosť personálu. Išli nad rámec, najmä pri interakcii s deťmi. Moju dcéru prinútil každý cítiť sa tak výnimočne; ich milé slová a pozornosť jej skutočne spríjemnili deň. Špeciálnu zmienku patrí Alici z detského zábavného tímu – bola k deťom taká milá a pozorná a vytvorila pre nich úžasný zážitok. Celkovo tento hotel prekonal moje očakávania a pravdepodobne sa vrátim na ďalšiu cestu na Fuerteventura. Vrelo odporúčame!
