"I had a stranger enter my room at 4 a.m. He opened the door, and I had to call security. All they did was escort him out. I’m still devastated and can’t stop thinking about what could have happened if he had a weapon or harmed us while we were sleeping—especially with my 5-year-old beside me. He somehow made it to the 16th floor and our room, which is right by the elevator. I’m still waiting to find out how this could have happened. I feel like this hotel is unsafe and I would advise others to avoid it."

My expectations for novotel was always high as a previous employee of the brand of Accor I always expect it to be always manifique but it just disappointment me for that the basic standards of this brand is not really carried out properly. But on the other hand I am so grateful with the staff that help me check in/out. I just wish they pay attention a little bit with the details just to keep the image of the Brand.

Dobré služby ako 5-hviezdičkový hotel

Personál je super priateľský a užitočný. Izby sú čisté a moderné a poloha je výhodná pre obchody, reštaurácie a linku TTC 1 do centra mesta. Ako častý cestovateľ je to môj hotel, ktorý navštevujem, keď som v Toronte.
