We did the two day getaway package and had a great time. Our room was clean and great, the pool and spa very relaxing and the food at both restaurants was excellent. Would recommend and would like to go back!

Awful business practices - sub-par experience that has gone down in quality, and they recently broke the law and filled in the surrounding public springs that have existed for thousands of years, forcing everyone to use their overly-expensive facilities. Absolute scumbags. They also have lots of safety issues including asbestos that they haven't bothered to fix.

If you just want to visit the Hot-Springs, they require either a room or spa reservation in advance ($350+ CAD).
If you just want to take a dip, save your money and try the public Hot-Springs a block or two down the road. It may not be as fancy, but your wallet will certainly thank you (~$17 CAD each).
