Izba je úžasná, služby sú úžasné a na recepcii boli dve, jedna lepšia ako druhá reštaurácia Abu Al-Yas je opäť vynikajúca a vo všeobecnosti sú všetky služby úžasné kúpele si nesmiete nechať ujsť 🤍🤍

This is one of the best experiences in Jordan , really excellent services and perfect staff , especially the reception guy who name is wassem Akkad , also Saleh in the pool bar, and anusara in ashtar spa as well, finally mansour, the guy who works at the valet services, thanks Kempinski ashtar Dead Sea.

My worst experience ever! I wanted my visit to be unique, so I booked the highest-rated hotel at the Dead Sea. Unfortunately, the experience was awful. I would definitely not return and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Our stay at Kempinski Hotel Dead Sea was absolutely unforgettable! From the breathtaking views and luxurious, impeccably clean rooms to the exceptional food, every detail was perfection. The breakfast buffet and fine dining options showcased a delightful blend of international and local flavors, leaving us amazed with every bite. The staff truly made the experience extraordinary—attentive, professional, and always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Whether relaxing by the Dead Sea or indulging in their world-class hospitality, this was a stay we’ll cherish forever!

Lebanese restaurant was amazing. Our server Omar helped us choose perfect options and an excellent desert.
