Veľmi sofistikované a vynikajúce služby.. Ďakujem upratovacím technikom, najmä vedúcemu Muhammadovi a jeho kolegovi Aymanovi.. rýchla reakcia v prípade potreby a profesionálna organizácia a čistota.. natoľko, že som našiel izbu takú, aká bola, keď som prvýkrát zostal ako hosť v hosteli.

Excellent hotel for business or leisure - all the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient- from the welcome at security, reception, the restaurant through to housekeeping. The atmosphere is really nice. Rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. I’d like to thank Mary and Ezzledeen in the restaurant, Ayman for keeping our room spotless, and Liza and her team for helping with all our queries at reception. It is a special gem of a hotel.
