Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort & Spa recenzie 

Pools are freezing and are unusable which is super disappointing! The buildings tower over all the pools and they are not heated so they are super cold (and we are from MN)! Ocean is way warmer...Beach area is nice but there was quite a bit of seaweed right now. Rooms are nice with great balconies and food is good, especially the steak house, but the butler service always gets served first - including bars and restaurants, which gets annoying. We would go immediately at 6pm every night to the restaurants and put on the wait-list (we couldn't make a 'reservation' because we didn't have butler service, but then we would still have to wait 2-2.5 hours to be seated. Most nights we weren't done eating until well after 10pm. :( Luckily, workers are very polite and friendly!
