Katamaran Hotel & Resort recenzie 

Came here for the view & luxury stay. Would be a waste of potential if this place doesn’t improve. I stayed here for 1 night in the ocean view room. Room is clean & comfortable, fantastic view overlooking the ocean, honestly perfect for relaxing. The whole hotel is nicely designed for the aesthetic. Very nice gym & pool area. Unfortunately i feel this resort doesn’t live up to the 5 star expectations. A lot of areas needs to be improved. Some facilities & stuff is starting to wear out. Our bathroom sink faucet is already broken, the handle broke off when I tried to turn the knob, turns out they only use a nail to keep everything together, which was why it broke off in the first place. Not to mention the closet can’t flush ‘the big stuff’, we wasted so much time dealing with this and ended up having to ask for a late check out cause the closet was not functioning. The curtain window railing is also starting to get rusty, the curtain opening doesn’t work properly very hard to open. There’s a lot of missed areas in terms of maintenance you can see it in various parts of the hotel. There’s a lot of dry leaves in the smaller side pool. The sun loungers also looking a bit dirty. Service is okay, could be improved a lot though to be more welcoming & friendly. Everything & everyone feels very stiff, you don’t get the warmth you’re supposed to get from the hospitality industry. Also when we had breakfast in the buffet room there were several staff working, the whole time i was there the staff keep chatting & joking loudly to each other, it kinda came shocking for me cause it’s the first time ever i experienced such thing in a hotel especially in a 5 star establishment, it kinda feels disrespectful & unpleasent to the guests, cause they can’t keep a peaceful atmosphere makes me doesn’t wanna stay long. One more thing that’s kinda annoying is the amount of people trying to sell you things from the beach, they will try to sell things to you when you’re in the pool, restaurant or any other seating area that’s by the beach. Can someone please do something abt this Though out our stay there is one staff that is very attentive, welcoming and super friendly, he was the one who helped carried our luggage, kudos to Dayat Overall I still enjoyed my stay here, was the rest that I needed. I really wanted to love this place, and would love to come back to lombok. But not sure whether i want to stay here again if this place doesn’t improve.

We enjoyed our stay here a lot! This place is so peaceful and the best choice if you want to relax. The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing! Special thanks to Dwi and Aziz for making our time there the most comfortable .Hope we see each other again one day 🫶🏼
