Perfect location next to the Nile. The food is great. Evening events: traditional singing and dancing shows. Impeccable service. The swimming pool is clean and towels are provided.

Výhody: • Izby sú priestranné, čisté a veľmi pohodlné. • Personál je priateľský, pozorný a vždy ochotný pomôcť. • Nehnuteľnosť hotela je atraktívna a ponúka krásny výhľad na rieku. nevýhody: • Hotel sa nachádza vedľa prístaviska výletných lodí a v závislosti od smeru vetra môže dym z prístaviska prúdiť do bazéna, čo znepríjemňuje pobyt v ňom. • Ceny potravín a nápojov sú dosť vysoké. Na jedlo v hoteli sme minuli asi 25 USD na osobu, čo bolo slušné, ale jedlo sme mali aj bližšie k mestu, kde sme nakŕmili štyroch ľudí za 20 USD. Dokonca aj fľaša vody stojí 3 USD. • Lokalita je vzdialená asi 40 minút chôdze od centra mesta, s obmedzenými možnosťami stravovania alebo aktivít v okolí. To znamená, že sa viac spoliehate na hotelové stravovacie a nápojové služby. celkovo: Mali sme príjemný pobyt a hotel je skvelou voľbou, ak plánujete relaxovať priamo na mieste a využívať jeho vybavenie. Ak však chcete často objavovať mesto alebo uprednostňujete viac možností stravovania, môžete zvážiť pobyt bližšie k centru.

AC did not work , a technician came in 30 mins after a call to reception, and still did not work properly....food in the restaurant overpriced

I’ve stayed here with many groups over the years but this will be my last. This is my second group I’ve brought here this month alone & the first group almost all rooms aircons were not working. On top of that rooms of floors 3 & 4 have almost zero water pressure. I basically couldn’t take a shower. I’ve just checked in again today with my second group and the aircons barely work in all of the rooms again. It’s so frustrating because I called hours in advance for them to double check the rooms to make sure everything was working great, in which the air cons are still not working. After a long day of touring, the last thing we want to do is bring all our bags back downstairs, wait around and change our rooms again… I don’t know what happened because over the years the service just got worse & worse. Maintenance of the hotel is clearly not the priority. Will no longer be bringing my groups here. EDIT: the managers tried to make it up to us by giving us free dinner for the group, and sent wine & snacks to my room as an apology which was very nice, but that still didn’t change the fact that more than half of the groups air conditioners weren’t working still. Upon getting ready for bed, I always check my sheets before I sleep in a hotel room for the first time and when I did, there was TONS of hair (not mine) inside of the bed. So gross. They came promptly to change the sheets which was nice, but why weren’t they already clean upon a new guest arrival? In addition, I had another guest that had dirty towels when they first entered the room. Again gross, why weren’t there clean towels in the room upon arrival? These are basic things that should be taken care of in a hotel… Clean bed, Clean towels & a working air conditioner, especially in the Luxor heat. We had a few more issues on top of that during our stay in which there’s no point in listing because nothing will be changed. Again, I will no longer be bringing my groups here in the future.

Podľa nášho upratovača izieb bola izba 140 absolútnym potešením, vždy sa usmievala, zdvorilá, veľmi pracovitá a každý deň nás prekvapila tým, aké zázraky dokáže urobiť s uterákmi, od krokodílov po ľudí, mačky, labute atď., Jeho talent je mimoriadne pôsobivý, každý deň nás na našej dovolenke rozosmial. Izba vyčistená na vysokej úrovni, dúfame, že ho budeme mať na našej ďalšej dovolenke

Najväčšie miesto a priateľský personál, špeciálne pieskové a Houston's

Miesto je cool, má skvelé vibrácie a výhľad na Níl je úžasný, jedlo je jednoducho vynikajúce? Čisté izby a bazén. Chcel by som poďakovať pánovi Adhamovi a pánovi Mohammedovi za všetku láskavosť a podporu, toto miesto vrelo odporúčam 👌

Wir waren nur zum Mittagessen in dem Hotel. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung sehr Freundin zuvorkommend, vor allem Marina. Die Auswahl war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels relativ klein, aber es war trotzdem für jeden etwas dabei.
