Overall this resort was great, the food was for the most part good, the only thing we didn’t care much for was the buffet. Our favorite restaurant was the Mexican (10/10). The view is gorgeous as well as the lobby. The check in process was easy and fast. The rooms were nothing fancy, but clean and come stocked with snacks and drinks, and is refilled every day. As a level guest you get a free concierge ours was Lorenzo, he was great and had a very bubbly personality. He booked all of our reservations for us. We planned on just giving him a bigger tip at the end of our stay since we didn’t really see him very much but I think maybe he assumed we weren’t going to tip him at all and so we slowly started having a harder time communicating with him towards the last couple days of our stay to book reservations for dinner which reservations are required for a lot of the restaurants. Just a tip to maybe tip as you go with your concierge instead of waiting like we did, because you won’t get as great of service. The negatives of this resort are (the biggest for us personally) the amount of walking. This resort is very spread out which requires a lot of walking when you want to go to dinner or the bars. They have trains that run every 15 minutes but out of the 7 days we spent here we only seen the train 3 times. The walking did not bug us too much until it came time to checkout and we had to roll all our bags down to the lobby even though we scheduled for someone to come pick us up. I wish the hotel had a bigger list of excursions, we booked one through the hotel and the rest we booked down at the beach with a local excursion guide. That brings me to the beach, we had no problem finding seats, the water was perfect and it was relaxing. However, there are a lot of local sellers down on the beach and we had someone try to sell us stuff every 10 minutes probably. They don’t hassle you though, and they take the first no as an answer but it can be kind of annoying when you just want to relax and they come up one after another. Our last complaint was how the staff would react when we tipped them. We noticed not a lot of guests tip the staff, but we tipped on pretty much everything we got, and always either 15%-20% of what the cost would have been if we had to pay for the products. However, no matter how much we tipped it seemed like the staff was not happy with what we chose to tip. That made us feel a little uncomfortable because we felt we were leaving good tips and like I said, from what we observed not a lot of guests were tipping anything at all. None of these things ruined our vacation by any means. We had a great time and the resort is clean and beautiful. I would recommend studying the map to find the shortest routes to wherever you want to go. ALSO one of the nights they had some vendors selling products on a walkway by the restaurant, we walked around and checked some prices out and ended up buying some stuff. Later we found out that there is a shop by one of the pools that sells the EXACT same stuff for WAY cheaper. The vendor tried selling us a painting for $600, at the shop it was listed for $130. Just and FYI😂

Po príchode upratovania veci chýbali. Recepcia bola úplne neužitočná, kým som niekoľkokrát nesledoval. Nakoniec objavili moje chýbajúce časti oblečenia v ich práčovni. Povedal, že to musela byť chyba, aj keď veci boli v mojom kufri.

Toto bola naša druhá návšteva Level Melia Adults Only v priebehu roka a náš pobyt sme si naozaj užili! ! Areál je veľkolepý. Izby sú veľmi pekné, veľa úložného priestoru a vždy udržiavané čisté. Krásne uteráky. Tak relaxačné mať malú terasu s výhľadom na nádvorie a hojdacie siete. Bolo by skvelé pridať šnúru alebo niekoľko ďalších háčikov v umývadle, aby sa veci dali zavesiť. Tiež, aby hostia vedeli, ako získať pomoc, ak niečo potrebujú po pracovnej dobe. Jedného dňa sme mali malý problém s naším trezorom a za menej ako 5 minút nám prišla pomoc a opravili ho. Bravo!! Kvalita jedla je v bufete veľmi dobrá a Quimera je viac ako vynikajúca. Vždy vynikajúce služby s úsmevom a množstvom možností. Dokonca sú ochotní na vaše želanie pripraviť aj veci, ktoré nie sú v ponuke. Nikdy neodídete hladní! Príležitosť mať 3 A La Carte jedlá každý deň v all-inclusive je veľmi vzácna a veľmi cenená!! Najlepšie nápoje sú tam vždy k dispozícii. Ďakujem Adrianne a jej tímu. Nápoje a občerstvenie formou bufetu na druhom poschodí The Level sú úžasné. Nádherný salónik na boku. Strešný bar v hoteli Quimera je naozaj skvelým miestom na oddych a nápoje sú úžasné. V A la carte reštauráciách je veľa možností stravovania. Sú to krásne miesta s vynikajúcimi službami a dostatočným výberom jedál. Pláž a bazén sú nádherné a detských postieľok a uterákov je vždy dostatok. To naozaj pomáha, aby vaša dovolenka bola bez stresu, keď tam nemusíte byť v skorých ranných hodinách, aby ste si rezervovali miesta!!! Vozík na zmrzlinu by bol vítaným doplnkom!! Kúpele sú viac ako úžasné. Skvelé masáže, vírivka a osviežujúci chladný bazén s fontánami a miestnosti s eukolyptom alebo suchou parou sú úžasné. Takéto pekné miesto na oddych a vychutnanie si osviežujúcich nápojov a malého občerstvenia, aj keď nemáte masáž. Posilňovňa je primeraná, ale pozornosť by sa mala venovať tomu, aby všetky obrazovky na strojoch fungovali a mali by byť k dispozícii uteráky. Lobby bar je krásne miesto, kam ísť večer, veľa serverov ponúkajúcich nápoje a vynikajúci bar. Zábava je veľmi kvalitná, no nečakajte žiadne veľké produkcie. Možno, že predstavenia by mohli trvať trochu dlhšie. Mali sme niekoľko malých problémov, ktoré sa objavili a medzi manažérkou Karen, Butlersom Cuetom a Pierrom sa o veci skutočne postarali. Ďakujeme vám, že ste tu vždy, aby ste urobili všetko pre to, aby sme boli šťastní. Boli sme v toľkých all-inclusive a toto je naozaj na prvom mieste!! Tešíme sa, že sa čoskoro vrátime!
