Reštaurácia modrá agáve. Bolo to úžasné! Jedlo bolo skvelé. Táto služba bola fantastická. Manažér Santo generálny manažér bol skvelý, rovnako ako náš čašník Jose.

Amazing Stay at Paradisus Palma Real! We had a fantastic experience at Paradisus Palma Real. The stay was wonderful, with super-friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. The food was absolutely A+ delicious and full of variety! One quick tip: Avoid drinking the tap water and be cautious with ice in your drinks. We heard about some guests feeling unwell, but we had no issues by being mindful. Bring plenty of $5 bills for tipping it goes a long way in showing appreciation. That said, even if you don’t tip, the staff remains incredibly accommodating and kind. For excursions, do your research beforehand. We did, and 2 out of the 3 we booked were a blast. Golfers, make sure to check the course conditions we found one we planned to play was underwater. Overall, this is definitely a resort we’d love to return to. Hope this review helps you plan your trip. Paradisus Palma Real is absolutely worth putting on your radar!

Would like to say Thank you to Carmen ( supervisor ) , Patry as they exceeded the expectations, they go beyond and made our New years’ trip so special . There is 19 of us and we are well accommodated , welcomed . All the staff is super nice , espc .Wanda ( nest bar) she makes the best Mochachino’s for Maria , also Johana and Yesenia , they are very friendly and welcoming… again thank y’all For the hard work .(room 3111) Happy new year!
