Jsme nadmíru spokojeni s hotelem, pokojem, jídlem i milou obsluhou všech zaměstnanců, zvlášť však chválím obsluhu plážového baru Tomase, Eusebii a Michela a Linu z hlavní restaurace.🙂

really bad experience, got fooled by receptionist to upgrade and had no reservation seats for 3 days we stayed. the services is pretty bad, no answer or hang your phone. I suggest you shall never try this hotel

My boyfriend and I stayed at Impressive Punta Cana for 7 nights, but our experience was far from impressive. Upon arrival, we weren't offered a welcome drink and faced a long wait at reception. My card was declined, and the receptionist assumed it was stolen. Despite showing my bank statement, my boyfriend had to pay again, and I was refunded after five days. Our room, booked with a garden view, was next to a noisy construction site with no garden view. We were given two single beds instead of a Queen bed, and the room was dirty with a damp smell. Our request for another room was ignored. Customer service was terrible, especially from Levittown and Pablo, who seemed more interested in money. Pablo offered an upgrade for $360 without explaining the benefits, and the new room he showed us was still occupied. After several attempts, we paid $300 for a Gold Premium upgrade, but the new room was still being painted and cleaned when we arrived. The entertainment options were subpar, with repetitive nightly shows and poorly organized daytime activities. The resort lacked power generators, leading to two instances of no electricity, no air conditioning, and cold food. The Premium Lounge felt like a cold cell with limited seating. Making reservations at themed restaurants was difficult, and the buffet food was bland and monotonous. Many promised amenities, like currency exchange, were unavailable. The premium experience was a waste of money, and tips seemed necessary for faster service. Towels were limited, and the pool area was overcrowded. We spent a lot of time queuing at the reception and bars, waiting up to 35 minutes for a drink. The only highlight was "The Grill" restaurant, which we enjoyed without needing a reservation. However, the other restaurants were disappointing. The beach was nice but covered with algae, making swimming unpleasant. The resort's website promised much more than it delivered, with poor customer service and constant construction noise making our stay stressful and far from relaxing. Overall, it wasn't our dream vacation, and we can't understand the top 5-star reviews. We hope this review helps others make an informed decision and avoid the same disappointments. If you're considering Impressive Punta Cana, think twice and look for better options.
