Definitely not a 5 star experience. Rooms need a lot of work, staff need to be trained better because they act like they dont want to be there, and the food is always cold and served on dirty dishes.

Travalled with 4 families in Dec 2024, 8 parents and 5 kids. Good: Entertainment and scheduling was fantastic. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were kind and always offering to help. Bad: Shower drain did not work and flooded our room after every use. Toilets would clog to just pee. TVs in rooms did not work. Pillows all smelt like old cheese. Bed sheets were always stained. AC units were mouldy. Received calls to your room almost hourly "checking-in" on you. No chance for sleep-ins/naps. Pushy/aggressive sales tactics to get you to purchase a membership. Room service is non-existent. Ugly: 2 children contracted severe Hand Foot Mouth Disease 1 child got food poisoning 2 adults got travellers diarrhea
