Krásne miesto, ľudia sú veľmi priateľskí, jedlo a nápoje sú veľmi dobré! Veľmi dobrá organizácia! Vybavenie je veľmi dobré

Beautiful big sandy beach. Big Beautiful pools. One quiter and one with music and activities. We stayed in premium suite. Bigger room with king bed. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom shows it's age. A la carte restaurants were great. Pizza bar great. Buffet dinners didn't appeal to me. I just want plain BBQ meat, salads and raw veggies, but lacked that. Took an all day snorkel tour to Catalina Island. Was great! Had to get on multiple busses there...not sure why. Felt Sketchy. Bus was an hour late after tour picking us up. Scary. Glad that one of the boat tour guys helped us. Forecast called for rain daily but we had little all week. Once a down pour mid afternoon for an hour, once a downpour at dinner for an hour and a couple overnight. All was good for price paid.

This review was prompted primarily to discuss our positive kids club experience at the hotel . We stayed there a few weeks ago with our three kids (ages 6,4 and 1). Kimberly who was in charge of kids club was fantastic. She was so kind to the kids and so enthusiastic with everything she did. We also had a great experience with Johanna. The nightly party they did with the kids with the dancing of the same songs was a highlight for our older kids. I would give the kids club 5 stars, but my review for the hotel is a 4 because of the following points of concern... rooms aren't very clean or up to date, the pools were quite cold, the food was not as good as many of the other all inclusive resorts that we have been to (with the exception of the japanese a la carte - it was great!) It would take several phone calls to get something from housekeeping on numerous occasions, even though we were given a premium customer line because we booked a premium suite. The service in general was good and most of the staff was friendly. The water park was great for kids (despite the cold water) , the front desk staff were helpful, and the drinks were great too!

Bol to naozaj veľmi pekný zážitok, vynikajúca pozornosť celého personálu, veľmi dobré služby, moja rodina a ja sme sa veľmi šťastne bavili, užili sme si veľa zábavy v bazénoch. A v šípkových hrách. Ďakujem veľmi pekne za všetko, veľmi sa teším.❤️❤️❤️❤️
