Vynikajúce natoľko, že v deň, keď sme odišli, sme si rovno rezervovali ďalší deň.

I went to Princess Family Club November 2024, I came with my 3 child and husband. I would say we had an average time. The resort was huge, they had multiple places for food and drinks which was nice. The 24/7 pub was awesome as you were able to order food from a menu so it was cooked fresh. The restaurants (LA Carte) were amazing, compared to the buffets. They have a convenient app that you use to book with. I found the service was pretty good, mostly all the staff were friendly. The water park was great for the children, they loved the slides and play structure, my husband was extremely disappointed when he found out he wasn’t allowed on the slides. They have a lifeguard making sure the children are using the play equipment correctly. My daughter noted that some of the slides hurt her as not enough water went down on them. The beach was beautiful but a journey to get to, we went in November which is off season so getting a shuttle for the most part was easy, I can see if the resort was busier how hard it might be to get one. There were locals trying to sell everything on the beach but honestly which resort doesn’t have this issue? You need to say no and be firm with them. The water was beautiful and sand was soft and warm. The main pool seemed super dirty the colour was off, I saw them clean it daily but I guess it might just be getting old. The kids clubs beside the beach was wonderful, the ladies were friendly and the pool was clean. My children loved playing inside the building too. Lots of toys and video games to choose from. The room was the worst of it all. Everything seemed to be broken. The roll out bed was off the hinges so you literally rolled around the room all night. The lamp shade was not attached to anything and just balanced on the top of the bulb. The door for the fridge was off the hinge and was so unsafe, we complained multiple times about that issue specifically and nothing happened, no one came to fix it. The mini fridge was very warm. My child had refrigerated medicine that went bad due to the temperature. The bathroom door didn’t shut or lock. Also it had a bit of a moldy smell to it, we made it work as we knew we’d only have to deal with it for the week. I’m not 100% sure if id choose this resort again. It was completely average, nothing was awful but nothing was great either.

Je to all inclusive, ale chladničku nemajú na sklade denne... A upratovanie izieb robia veľmi neskoro... je 5 hodín a izba nie je uprataná... Musel som zavolať, aby vie to zorganizovať... V dobrých reštauráciách nie sú koktaily najlepšie, hoci všetko robia na báze rumu, čo je dobré pre priemysel krajiny...

Veľmi dobré miesto na cestovanie s rodinou, hotelové izby vo všeobecnosti vynikajúce

Zostali sme minulý týždeň a obaja s manželom sme dostali veľmi zlú otravu jedlom. Keď som informoval hotel, pokúsili sa ma zapáliť a povedali mi, že možno sme obaja mali alergiu na jedlo alebo sme veľa pili. Hnačka počas 2 dní prakticky zničila našu dovolenku a všetci zástupcovia hotela povedali, že je to veľmi zlé. Toto bol náš tretí pobyt, ale veci idú z kopca. Služba bola hrozná a jedlo bolo naozaj zlé. Izby boli veľmi čisté a deti milovali bazén, ale so zlými službami a hrozným jedlom jednoducho nie je dobrý nápad zostať v Princess.
