Harassed by vendors on beach 24/7. Nobody stops them. They come right up to your beach chair, will ask you MASSAGE? HAIR BRAID? BRACELET? While you are sleeping/ dozing!!! Multiple times in one hour, all day long. No relaxation anywhere. When I'm inside the resort, I am followed and bothered about joining the vacation club. At the beach I'm pestered to buy tshirts hats pot powder women men massages paintings and do I want a picture with their parrot or lizard? I came to relax. I'm leaving needing it even more!

Hey Hyatt, how about you give me the $200 gift certificate to the spa that you promised me??? Your people (specifically Eugenio) lied to me, tricked me into a 3 hour presentation , trapped me, wasted my time on my very expensive vacation, and refused to give me the gift certificate until I bought a vacation package. He also wrote down all my passport info and kept it. YOU OWE ME A $200 SPA GIFT CERTIFICATE. Where is it? I'll be here Tuesday only. You lied and stole my time. And you owe me a $200 spa gift card!
