I recently stayed, (November 24-December 1st) at Gran Ventana Beach Resort, and while there were some areas for improvement, the overall experience was positive. The staff were absolutely wonderful—warm, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests. Their excellent service truly elevated the stay and made us feel welcome. However, the room we stayed in felt a bit cramped for three guests. It could have benefited from more storage options to accommodate our belongings comfortably. Additionally, the lighting in the room was dim, making it challenging to get ready, especially without a long mirror. Having a coffee maker in the room would also have been a great touch for added convenience. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's service quality and friendly atmosphere made up for the shortcomings. With a few adjustments to the room amenities, this could easily be a five-star experience. I would recommend Gran Ventana Beach Resort for its service, but suggest confirming room details if traveling with a larger group.

Veľmi pekné letovisko, čistý a priateľský personál, pláž je tiež veľmi pekná, dokonca majú celý deň otvorený detský klub, zamestnanec (Greibi) bol milý a naše dieťa sa jej veľmi páčilo! Oslovte tím F&B za skvelé jedlo a tiež kvalitu vašich služieb. Jedlo bolo skvelé! Navštívil som veľa letovísk a toto je určite na top 3! Gratulujeme tímu Gran Ventana!

Dominikáncov v tom hoteli nechcú. Urobili sme rezerváciu, zaplatili sme v dolároch a keď sme dorazili, nedovolili nám vstup, pretože cena, ktorú sme zaplatili, bola pre „cudzincov“. Mohli by sme zostať iba vtedy, ak by sme zaplatili dvojnásobok toho, čo sme zaplatili, alebo predložili zahraničný pas.
