Worst resort experience ever. No customer service at all. Nothing works. Everything is a mess. First, we got there and the rooms were horrible. We requested to be moved to another room, we paid the fees and moved, but the other room only was painted and got the bathroom remodeled. The room was smelling like cigarette, the mattress was so hard my back hurt, the room doesnt have an iron and when you see someone in the hallways and ask them for one, they tell you to request someone by calling reception but the room phone doesnt even work in any of the rooms, the electric outlet doesnt work for you to charge your phone, there’s not a good signal for your phone internet and when you pay for the hotel’s internet, it doesnt work when you’re in the room. The food! Omg! The food is terrible!!!!!!!!!!! The only thing good about this hotel is the beach that it has the cute sand and clear water and it has the pool in front of the beach with fabulous view, only that! That resort is terrible and I won’t recommend any of my closed ones!
