Catalonia Royal Bávaro recenzie 

Our experience at Hotel Catalina was terrible. The staff was not very cordial and the hotel guests seem to take a secondary priority to them. In one of the restaurants one of the waiters drank 6 hard liquor shots in front of us ( probably more during the night or behind the bar). The facilities are older and in somewhat neglected. The Coraline tiles around the main pool are all loose and wobbly, it does not feel safe at all. We left a night early and requested a refund which then was promised by the front desk manager Minerva James and the General Manager Mariana Panizzi but it has been 3 weeks and the refund for one night has still not been made to my credit card account. I highly suggest you avoid this hotel at all costs, there are many better options in the Bavaro area.

Dobré služby vo všeobecnosti. Juan poskytoval vynikajúce služby v reštaurácii.
