Krásny all inclusive rezort so skvelými službami a priateľským personálom

Das Personal ist schon beim Einchecken hilfreich, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das bleibt auch jeden Tag so. Frühstück. Essen, Service, Location - alles super!!! Der Strand mit Strandbar hervorragend. Einfach ein Traumhotel. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Desperately needs an upgrade in multiple areas The rooms and dining area are tired. There hasn’t been any renovations or improvements apart from moving the location of the bar which isn’t an upgrade 1. The food options get repetitive. The lack of grilled chicken option that isn’t sticky bbq based. Everything is all beef or pork related with very minimal grilled lean fish options 2. Some of the waiting staff aren’t the most quick at grasping anything out of the norm e.g drink requests 3. The gym is terrible. Machines are pre historic and it’s clearly an after thought . For a supposed premium resort why isn’t this updated? There is also only one bench. 4. TV’s in room. Half the channels barely receive any signal and there is no streaming platform options. They aren’t ‘smart’ TV’s 5. The whole place needs a lick of paint. Portion sizes at sizzle aren’t the biggest neither at Umi 6. Chefs seem to have the inability to boil an egg correctly. Being on an island there isn’t the option for guests to solely have shrimp/king prawns, it’s also given within noodles for example. A MAJOR point is the food is always cold, they do not set the temperature high enough

We spent five days here for a friends 35th birthday. The service was phenomenal and we especially would like to thank Tiffany, Natasha, and Kimberly for their service. Every meal they would remember exactly what we like, would spend time to get to know us and we are grateful. The UMI chef was also excellent - although the buffet food was underwhelming overall.
