We had a wonderful time at the Hawar resort. We stayed in a beachfront villa with a private pool—it was an amazing experience to wake up to such a beautiful view and step right out to the beach or for a swim. The beach and the color of the water were just like the Maldives (although for snorkeling, you need to go further out by boat). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they absolutely spoiled our little daughter. At the restaurant, everyone went out of their way to find something she would enjoy. She had a fantastic time at the Kids Center with Doreen and Victor—she spent hours there and surely made some great memories. I also really appreciated the medical assistance provided by Swati and the option to see a doctor on-site. There were plenty of interesting activities, including water sports, trips, and yoga sessions. The food was excellent, and we especially enjoyed trying local cuisine—every meal felt like fine dining. A few things could be improved: - We arrived in the evening and were taken straight to our room, so we didn’t know where the restaurant was or what time dinner was served. We had to find things out ourselves or ask other guests—like where the gym, sauna, beach lounge, kids center were located. Maybe it’s my IT background speaking, but a mobile app with a map, facility list, operating hours, and booking options would be super helpful. Or even just a quick orientation during the boat ride would make a big difference. - Cleaning services – The housekeeping team often came while we were still in the room or on the terrace, which was a bit inconvenient. Although the hotel promotes eco-friendly practices, our towels were changed daily, even when they weren’t on the floor. Twice, they mistakenly took and threw away our child’s plates and bowls. Outside near our pool, we noticed some broken tiles and pieces of glass, and the terrace and pool area didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly

From the moment we arrived at Durat Pavilion, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. The journey to Hawar Island was smooth, and my wife’s birthday started with a special surprise—a birthday song upon arrival, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The overwater villa upgrade was beyond our expectations. The villa was stunning, the private plunge pool was a dream, and the special birthday decorations (cake, flower petals, and towel art) were beautiful. The custom bath setup we requested was also handled perfectly. We enjoyed thrilling activities, including a desert safari with Joshua, whose enthusiasm and knowledge made it an amazing experience, and stargazing with Liam, who impressed us with his expertise on the stars. Furthermore Ali Musa, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, he assisted us with our luggage and even took the time to show us around the resort, making us feel truly welcomed. The food was exceptional! The Iftar and Suhoor meals were delicious, especially the crab cakes, saffron rice, and traditional Bahraini breakfast prepared at our requested time. Our departure was just as memorable as our arrival, with a surprise VIP mini yacht ride back to the mainland—an incredible touch! If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the hot water supply in the villa, which had occasional cold bursts. Overall, this was a 15/10 experience, and we are truly amazed by the hospitality and attention to detail at Hawar Resort by Mantis. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unique getaway. Thank you, Hawar Resort, for an unforgettable stay!

Nowiutki hotel w pięknym miejscu. Pyszne jedzenie, świeże i lokalne. Bardzo dużo atrakcji dla dzieci, wodny plac zabaw, podgrzewana woda w basenie. Korzystaliśmy również z atrakcji akademii przetrwania Bear Grylsa gdzie naszym synem opiekował się Michael. Polecamy :)
