Hawksbill Resort recenzie 

The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is because of the on-grounds workers and because of its location. The views are beautiful, and the grounds are very well maintained. The on-grounds staff were extremely friendly and constantly asked if I was in need of anything. The morning chef who made the omelettes made my morning every morning - he was a burst of good energy in the mornings to start off my days. The water sports staff, Gerald, was also very friendly and took the time to teach me about sailboating while out on the sea, as it was my first time. Housekeeping staff did the best they could with my room and I appreciated their efforts. Unfortunately, when it came to my room I cannot give good feedback. I booked a standard room with a king bed accommodation (this was specified in the description, while others stated double bed standard room). Immediately when I walked into my room I was very confused. First, it did not look anything like the pictures of the standard rooms on the website; there was a stark difference. I walked into a small room with plain white walls, no decor, and visibly old furniture. I am assuming the pictures on the site are of some renovated rooms. Next, this was a room with double bed - not a king bed as was booked. Lastly, this room was attached to the back of another room separated only by a door with a lock. This is not mentioned anywhere in the standard room description. Any sense of privacy was gone. I immediately walked to the front desk where I was told to return the next day when the supervisor would be in. As instructed, I visited the front desk the very next morning and was unfortunately disappointed. I immediately felt dismissed by this manager/supervisor, and there was no true effort to try and assist me/correct the situation. I explained I booked a standard room with a king accommodation, and was given a double bed room. Before I could even let out my other grievances, this supervisor goes "well there are only two standard rooms with king beds so there's nothing else available to you. I'll just have them join your beds together." She did not ask if there was anything else I needed, she did not ask if that was okay with me, she had no interest in truly making sure that I, as a guest, felt comfortable. Personally, when any person in management exudes this dismissive, indifferent behavior - I save my breath. It is not my job to convince you that I should have the room I booked. I decided to just deal, as I was only there for 5 nights. In addition to what I've already mentioned about the room, the shades on the window in the bathroom were too small for the window. I had to put two small towels on each side of the window to finish covering it up for me to have more privacy while showering. The room had a slight mildew smell, that grew stronger when the AC was on. I kept waking up at night sinking in between the two beds, because we all know that joining two beds doesn't miraculously make an actual full king mattress. In the end, I made the best of it for myself. No thanks to management.

Aký báječný nízky kľúč, all inclusive rezort s veľkou hodnotou. Nečakajte špičkovú výzdobu ani 8 rôznych reštaurácií. Ale skvelé služby na 3 rôznych miestach na obed a potom veľký výber predjedál a položiek v hlavnej reštaurácii na obed a večeru. 4 rôzne pláže, hlavná pláž je Sea Grapes beach. 1 bazén a 2 bary. Vždy si rezervujte priamo s hotelom, vrátane letiskových transferov. Izby Royal Palm boli skvelé, neboli tam žiadne televízory, ale na druhej strane rezortu mali izby televízory. Nepotrebujete ich, pretože takmer všetky izby majú výhľad na oceán alebo na oceán! Veľa chôdze kvôli tomuto rezortu, ktorý má veľa nehnuteľností na pláži. Zábava končí o 22:00. Bar sa zatvára pri 12M. Využite prihlášky na výlety taxíkom od organizácie výletov! Dajte svojim zamestnancom tipy, sú úžasné! Pláž Eden je ďaleko na juhu a nudistická pláž. Veľa kôz a niekoľko ošípaných navštevuje túto pláž!

Stredisko je skutočne očarujúce, nie príliš veľké a s bungalovmi dobre integrovanými do prírody, nie invazívne. Služba je vynikajúca, všetci sú veľmi milí. Jedlo, hoci v britskom štýle, je kvalitné a rozmanité. Malý bar priamo pri mori je veľmi pekný, ale bohužiaľ je otvorený len na obed. Celkovo rezort pre tých, ktorí chcú pokojnú dovolenku. Štyri pláže letoviska sú veľmi krásne, najmä pláž Eden, nudistická pláž (voliteľné), ktorá je pravdepodobne jednou z najkrajších na celom ostrove. Jedinou chybou tohto rezortu sú izby (najmä bungalovy s výhľadom do záhrady), ktoré si vystačia s dobrým upratovaním, sieťkami proti komárom na oknách, sprchovacím závesom a skutočnými dverami na oddelenie toalety od zvyšku miestnosti. Nič dramatické, ale určite by to mohlo byť lepšie. Celkovo vzaté, krásne miesto pre pokojnú dovolenku

Boli sme tu na svadobnej ceste pred 36 rokmi a boli sme nadšení, že v jednej z ich víl Royal Palm Beach pocítime rovnaké kúzlo. Namiesto toho nás vzali do izby 133, zdanlivo „míle“ od všetkého až po nič iné ako hotelovú izbu s výhľadom na vodu. Povedali, že to bola chyba, ale môj manžel a ja sa nemôžeme čudovať, či naša prémiová izba, ktorú sme si rezervovali, nebola poskytnutá inej strane, ktorá tu zostane dlhšie. Manažér a zamestnanci urobili, čo mohli, aby to kompenzovali, ale skazilo to celú našu druhú skúsenosť. Porozprávajte sa s múdrymi, uistite sa, že pred príchodom majú vašu správnu rezerváciu

Sijainti on sen verran sivussa kaupungista, että ei oikein omatoimisesti pääse kulkemaan, vaan mentävä taksilla ja taksikyydit ovat aika arvokkaita. Mutta jos tarkoitus on todellakin vaan rentoutua, ei kylä tarjoa mitään lisäarvoa. Paikka itsessään todella hienossa paikassa, henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja ehkä jopa suomalaisesta näkökulmasta hiljaista :) Ruoat ovat hyviä, sinällään vähän riisuttuja mausteista varsinaiseen karibialaiseen keittiöön verrattuna. Voisi sanoa, että sovitettu keskimääräiseen valkoiseen makuun. Myös gluteeniton ruokavalio onnistui mutta välillä piti varmistaa, että näin on.

This is a 3 star all inclusive in my opinion. Cons... the FOOD. It is just NOT good. We stayed 4 nights. By day three we dreaded going to dinner and wished we were closer to restaurants outside the resort. We had a car, but the location of this resort did not make it feasible to leave for meals. For this reason, I would not stay here again. Low end alcohol as well. We never received clean towels in our room and always had to ask for them. Our room was not the "Oceanfront" room so be careful when booking. Never enough beach chairs. You have to go early and put your towels out. Pros... the beach is beautiful, walkable to Eden Beach and also beautiful! Use of kayaks, and paddle boards was great. Rooms are fine, clean and basic. Quiet and relaxing place.

Krásny rezort. O areál je dobre postarané a keď sedíte na pláži, je to naozaj raj. Izby sú rustikálne, čisté a pohodlné. Kúpeľne sú veľmi moderné s krásnymi sprchami. Personál je veľmi zdvorilý a ochotný a naozaj tvrdo pracuje, aby ste sa uistili, že máte všetko, čo potrebujete. Jedlo je bohaté s množstvom možností a lepšie ako priemer pre bufet. Pláž Sea Grapes je skvelá na relaxáciu a kúpanie a v blízkosti baru si môžete dať nápoje a občerstvenie. Nemôžem sa dočkať, až sa vrátim.

Relaxačná atmosféra, úžasné výhľady, skvelé jedlo a úžasní ľudia! Jeden, ktorý sa určite vráti!
