This Royalton resort located in Antigua is beautiful. The rooms, food, and entertainment are fantastic. I was diamond club level which gives you different perks including butler service and Kai and Brandon provided Butler service like no other. Other diamond club members wanted them from the talk around the resort. It has a kid club and a teen club. The beach is beautiful with waiter service. The ala cart restaurants were all great and the buffet had something a little different each day. I will visit this place again for another wonderful vacation in paradise.

👎👎👎👎👎👎👎Royalton chain is very unfriendly to the locals and even more importantly their guests paying. For a 5 star experience and miss the charm of the warmth Caribbean hospitality. The Hotel Royalton Antigua has completely overwhelmed Deep Bay which is a beautiful bay to experience. We arrived on our sailboat and booked a local restaurant when we pulled up on to the expansive beach we were greeted by a security guard at the exit alongside Gracie restaurant. She was told we couldn’t exit the property which was less then five hundred feet instead instructed us to walk to the very end of the beach to find an “Access Road” my daughters and I in the dark now had to navigate a dark a trail that TBH was totally ridiculous can’t tell you the fright my kids had. I give the Royalton chain a big fat zero they managed to overwhelm this bay and control it so that it is unfriendly to all sailors the only bad experience in Antigua on a 7 day family sailing charter was “The Royalton” this is what results when a major company expands and expands and blocks locals a Sailors for enjoying this beautiful bay the Antiguan Officials should have ordered them to have an easement and safe passage to access the roads 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Amazing location. Horrible staff and management. Other reviews are correct in that they make guests feel like they re lucky to be at the Royalton and they talk to guests like they are peasants. They make you feel like they own you not only the property or the land. Very stringent with preventing the locals and sailors from using the Deep Bay beach. Speaking with some of the locals, they are forced to use a back access road that is unpaved and dangerously bumpy to use what is like 10% of the beach itself. This hotel is destroying the island and their attitude ruins the visitors vacations.
