Ďakujem veľmi pekne celému tímu, najmä recepcii Mahmoudovi, Karimovi a ich manažérovi prídeme znova

Tento hotel môžem len chváliť a vrelo odporučiť. Služba je neuveriteľne dobrá. Izby sú čisté a čistené každý deň. Jedlo je pri každom jedle rozmanité a krásne prezentované. Ak by ste však niekedy mali problém, okamžite vám pomôže. Personál je super priateľský. Manažér na recepcii vám okamžite pomôže, ak máte s čímkoľvek problém. Super milý človek a hovorí dobre po nemecky. Vrátim sa tam v decembri, pretože pre mňa je to ako návrat domov.

Nachtrag: Dem Reiseveranstalter vor Ort wird der Zutritt zum Hotel verweigert, sodass eine Klärung mit den Beteiligten nicht möglich ist. Somit bleibt nur der rechtliche Weg. Schade das kein Interesse Besteht sich zu verbessern oder Probleme zu klären.

Jeden z najlepších hotelov v Goune! Toto bol náš druhý pobyt v Cook's Club po vyskúšaní iných hotelov v Goune a určite to nebude náš posledný. Zakaždým nás privítajú najsrdečnejšie privítania a ponúkneme služby na najvyššej úrovni. Zamestnanci upgradovali našu izbu na izbu s výhľadom na lagúnu a poslali nám bezplatné dezerty do našej izby po tom, čo sa dozvedeli, že je to naše výročie, ktoré bolo veľmi sladké. Jedlo je vždy veľmi chutné, či už ide o raňajky, večeru alebo pri bazéne, a personál je veľmi priateľský a milý. My Partner and I spent one full week at the Cooks Club beginning of November. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the whole team at the Hotel! They made our stay really special! It is rare now a days that employees, especially in hotels, are so kind and service oriented. I loved Youstina and Ali, our Experience Ambassadors! They were both so very kind and tried everything to make us happy! Machmout (sorry if I spell the name wrong) cleaned every day our room 222 and 218 (for our mam)! He was so kind and the rooms were every day perfectly clean. Thank you! Also a big thanks to the guys at the pool! They know how to make people happy! So caring and always a laugh! Michel, Salah and Abdalla – thank you! But a big thanks goes to the Cook (The Chef)! His French Fries! OMG! So delicious! One could feel they were made fresh! The breakfast amazing! We ate everyday our lunch at the hotel because it was simply perfect! From Salad to the Tacos! About the Hotel: the rooms are small, we have to admit. But it had everything we needed. It’s maybe worth to extend the gym a little bit with more machines. It got quite crowded at time. But i love the fact that it’s outside. And don’t forget it is not a 5 Star Luxury Hotel. But a perfect 4 Star!! The only thing that made us sad, were the people putting their towels every day in the morning to occupy the best chairs at the pool and then they disappeared. Luckily the Pool guys handled this situation well. Oh and this stupid flies everywhere… but that is not the hotel. They are everywhere…. The Hotel is situated just next to where there are many stores and restaurants! So amazing location and with the Tucktuck you are everywhere in no time. Honestly don’t hesitate! It’s a real great spot to spend a beautiful week of vacation! I hope it will stay this way and they will not get victims of their success. Cause we want to come back!!

Tolles Hotel! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr entspannende Atmosphäre am Pool mit passender Lounge Musik und super bequemen liegen. Auch der Strandabschnitt an der Lagune ist schön und das Wasser sehr sauber und blau. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet, sauber und bieten alles was man braucht. Wir hatten Lagoon View gebucht, das hat sich absolut gelohnt. Das Hotel liegt perfekt, direkt am Eingang zum Stadtzentrum mit einer tollen Fussgängerzone, wo man Abends super verweilen kann. Es gibt da viele Bars und Restaurants, Shops und Supermärkte und man wird absolut in Ruhe gelassen. Es gibt null aufdringliche Verkäufer, welche einen belästigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Gerade im November ideal vom Klima her. Danke Cooks Club!

Strávili sme veľmi príjemný romantický týždeň v tomto nádhernom hoteli. Hotel v ľudskom meradle, ktorý je vkusne zariadený. Personál je pozorný a vždy sa stará o naše blaho. Mali sme polpenziu a užili sme si ju pri raňajkách aj večeri. Hotelový bar ponúka široký sortiment nápojov/koktailov a malých jedál pre prípad hladu.

Išiel som do Ali Pasha so svojím manželom na moje 30. narodeniny a bolo to najlepšie rozhodnutie, aké sme urobili. Hotel je úžasne krásny a čistý. Tým ma prekvapil čokoládovou tortou. Personál je veľmi priateľský, pohotový. Pohľad na našu izbu v prístave bol ohromujúci. A čo je najdôležitejšie, raňajky boli chutné. Dokonca mali espresso bez príplatku. Veľká vďaka Kero a Mostafa!
