Ramada Hotel Dubai 

Dobrá hodnota peňazí, vhodné na služobnú krátku služobnú cestu. Veľká miestnosť... stredná posilňovňa pre fitness a kardio ... nie činky.

Okay, I have a few thoughts to pen down here. My brother booked a room in this hotel through a travel agent this week and because I fell ill he couldn't make it to dubai at all. We had a word with the travel agent and money could not be refunded. I had a word with the hotel and though the staff was very sweet and well trained, they couldn't help us in this particular scenario either. Consider this, I have personally spent lakhs on Wyndham properties in India and Thailand. You guys already got the money and try as we might nobody could've stayed in that room that night either. But now, you guys won't get my business anymore because you could not even accommodate 1 day's price on any other visit/refund it/give a gift card/do anything for all this trouble caused; even when we called well in advance of our check-in time. I'm literally the last person on this planet that takes such kind of behavior and do not appreciate this from Ramada/Wyndham. Add however many intermediaries in the middle(Booking, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Travel Agencies,etc etc). But I can see right through these tactics. You guys lost a customer for life. P.S. If you don't want me to post this incident on every single Wyndham property in the whole wide world to warn customers of your unfair practices leave your Email ID and I will personally get in touch with you. Shukraan but no thanks for treating loyal customers like total losers.
